Agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and Join One Circle (joinonecircle.com). By creating an account you accept them on your own behalf and, where applicable, on behalf of your organisation.
Accounts
You must provide accurate details, keep your credentials confidential and be at least 18 years old. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the child records they create and for the access they grant.
Acceptable use
You may not access data you have not been granted, upload unlawful content, attempt to bypass permissions, or use the platform to make clinical decisions in place of professional judgement.
Data protection
Each party will comply with applicable data protection law. Where we process personal data on behalf of an organisation, we act as processor under our data processing terms; our Privacy Policy explains what we do as controller.
Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support requests can be sent to hello@joinonecircle.com or +44 7448 056688.
Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or put other users' data at risk.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
